At Vertix, we process all orders within 
24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 7–15 
business days depending on your location. 
You will receive a tracking number by email 
as soon as your order ships. We offer free 
shipping on all orders with no minimum 
purchase required. If your order hasn't 
arrived within 20 business days, contact us

resolve it immediately.
